World Compute Atlas is primarily a service: v10 and other apps call it over HTTP.
The frontend is a thin read-only window onto the same endpoints. These are the planned
routes — the JSON files in /mockup/data are stand-in responses generated
from the Apr-2024 seed snapshot.
